Here is a list of all the questions I get frequently!
Q: What is a Die Cut Sticker?
A: Die-cut stickers do not come in a sheet, they come loose. You will need to use your nail to peel the backing off to stick your sticker.
Q: What is a Kiss Cut Sticker?
A: Kiss cut stickers are only slightly cut. They will be on a sheet and will peel off that sheet. They are usually used on sticker sheets!
Q: I have not received my item yet, where is it?
A: Your best bet is to contact your local post office. I have no control over items once they leave me, if you have tracking on your item you can check the tracking, but I will not have anymore information about it than you.
Please understand that I have no control over the mail and if it were up to me, I would blink your mail over to you on a cotton candy unicorn! However, because of Covid, shipping delays are causing mail to go really slowly right now. I appreciate your patience!

Q: What is your refund policy regarding items lost in the mail?
A: I cannot issue refunds for items lost in the mail, with or without tracking. I can however offer a replacement be sent out, but you must wait a minimum of 4 weeks for the US.
Please understand that I have no control over the mail and if it were up to me, I would blink your mail over to you on a cotton candy unicorn! However, because of Covid, shipping delays are causing mail to go really slowly right now. I appreciate your patience!

Q: Do all of your items ship together?
A: No, some items such as mousepads, blankets, mugs, hoodies, T-shirts, bags, and other clothing might ship separately. They may even ship separately from each other. You'll receive a tracking number for each item shipped.
Q: Something you send me arrived, or something is missing!
A: Things happen! Sometimes my brain may break for a few minutes which might result in me missing sticking an item of yours in your package! Please contact me so we can fix this issue! I want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase!
